Ksenia Robbe is an assistant professor at the Centre for the Arts in Society, Leiden University. She was trained at the University of St. Petersburg, Russia, in African, English, and Translation Studies and holds a PhD in English and American Literary and Cultural Studies from the University of Giessen, Germany.
